    <content type="html">ive been doing so bad ever since i came to university i thought i would be able to take control of my life but i obv havent i gain 12 lbs its discusting today im starting to take the control back! my goal is by april 1st is to be 115lbs and im going to do it!</content>

    <content type="html">i did ok today i ate alot of hot peppers lol my weakness haha and an ice cream bar which is discusting probly like 300 cals and i didnt end up working out but atleast i only ate probly 400 cals give or take a few. im getting major headaches tho is anyone else getting headaches... im think its b/c im not drinking enough water but im drinking alot of diet drinks like liptons diet green tea(mmm my fav haha) a sugar free red bulls</content>

Well im doing so shitty still i havent gained which is good but i havent lost any weight which is horrible. i need to start restricting more forsome reason im haveing such a hard time doing that i used to be able to do it so easy i wouldnt even want to eat but now its like i have to eat. urggggg im so frusterated</content>

This weekend is my bfs birthday so i'm going to have to be very careful my goal is to eat very little and im going to be missing his actual birthday party so luckily i wont be eating cake! well wish me luck this weekend is going to be tough but i think i can do it!:)</content>

    <content type="html">hey girls im kind of new to this live journal thing but i've been reading all your entries in this community for quite awhile. As of today im 118lbs( i know its horrible) my short term goal is to be 105 lbs so i have 13lbs to go and my long term goal isn't  too far from my short term goal it's 100 lbs but over time it'll probly change.  I really hope that joining this community will help me reach my goals i need support and people to talk to about my eating habits.</content>
